Troubleshoot: Control Center producing an ‘Exception: Connect time-out’ error

Scenario: You try to connect to your Test Site but Control Center only produces the error message in Figure 1 thus failing to connect to your Site.

  1. Click on the Site node and increase (e.g. double) the connection time for both properties in Figure 2.

  1. Open the Services application on the server and restart the Nanny Process: StreamServe Management Nanny 5.6.1
  2. Try to connect to the Site node and it should connect without any issue.
